Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping (Free)

• We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.

• International delivery takes approximately 14–21 working days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

• A dispatch confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

• Tracking information (if applicable) will be included in this email.

Delays & Issues

• While we work closely with Royal Mail and our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international), please contact us.
