Fit

Our jeans are carefully developed to fit both men and women with a true mid-rise.

• Men: We recommend sizing up for extra room, with adjustability provided by waistband tabs.
• Women: Fits true to size, with adjustable waistband tabs that allow the jeans to size down if needed.
• Inseam: XS, S, and M feature a 32" inseam; L features a 34" inseam.
• Hemming: We offer hemming for petite customers. Simply select your preferred inseam via the Bespoke Hemming page in our shop. Please note we cannot lengthen jeans — only shorten. Hemmed and custom-length pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fabric & Care

• Composition: 59% Cotton, 41% Linen — a breathable, all-season fabric.
• Wash: Machine wash cold at 30°C.
• Dry: Do not tumble dry.
• Notes: The denim is stonewashed at the mill, so shrinkage is minimal after the first wash. If the jeans feel slightly tighter, simply stretch them back into shape, this is a natural mark of quality in the weave, not a fault. Over time, the fabric will soften, fade, and lighten, developing unique character with every wash                                 
• We stand by our craftsmanship: free lifetime repairs are offered on functional issues such as stitching, buttons, or hardware.

Shipping

• UK: Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery included. Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days.
• Worldwide: We ship internationally, with delivery times of up to 21 days depending on location. Additional charges apply, please contact us at info@wilberforceandco.com to confirm international rates.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for your order.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by their country.
• Missing Orders: If your order does not arrive, contact us at info@wilberforceandco.com and we will assist immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your jeans, please note the following conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
• Both security tags must remain attached. If either tag is removed, the jeans cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hemmed or custom-length pieces, and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and approving your return.
