Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your jeans, please note the following conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
• Both security tags must remain attached. If either tag is removed, the jeans cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hemmed or custom-length pieces, and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and approving your return.
